A calendar is a way to group events. Make a calendar for things like a clinic location. Calendars are displayed in left sidebar.
Groups
Set the list of people that are the left side sidebar. Any number of names can be added to each group.
Standard Weekly Schedules
Create templates for standard schedules. Days that do not match one of these are highlighted calendar.

Contact information for incoming on-call phone calls.
